Located in a prime location, this hotel offered comfortable accommodation and was well equipped with all the essentials for a family stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast served by the friendly staff. The hotel was surrounded by stunning scenery that made our Easter stay even more memorable.

We were disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff regarding the absence of soap for the shower, handwash, or dishwasher. This could have been avoided if they had informed us beforehand. Additionally, the limited number of towels provided per family was not enough for our stay. while our experience was generally positive, these two aspects left a negative impression on us.

My recent business trip was a pleasant experience due to the hotel's convenient location near major attractions and great places to eat. The hotel’s cleanliness and top-notch amenities were also impressive. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped and modern kitchen in my suite, making it easy for me to prepare quick meals whenever I had the time. the staff's warm and welcoming demeanor created a relaxed and homely vibe that kept me comfortable.

I did experience some setbacks during my stay as there wasn't enough space for me to store my luggage properly in my suite, which was quite inconvenient. , I found that the noise level coming from the surrounding area was a bit too disruptive at times, making it hard for me to concentrate on work.

This place offered the perfect city center location, with easy access to restaurants, Relax Park and main attractions. the modern and new apartment was clean, and had a beautiful balcony view. Nice and professional staff served tasty and fresh breakfast. It also provided parking and internet was available.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to all the main attractions. I loved being able to walk just a few steps to the restaurants, shops, and the cable car that takes you to the peak. The staff here is incredibly professional and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms are well-appointed with all the amenities you could ask for, from heating and tea/coffee facilities to a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast every morning, ensuring you start your day off right. The free toiletries and soundproofed rooms added an extra level of comfort to my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.
